We have a 365 day money back guarantee policy on single bottles for all products. This is to ensure that you have fully tried the product before returning. Depending on each person and what they are using it for, CBD may need to build up in the targeted area. Make sure to use daily for an extended period of time if needed. If 365 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

For the bundle packs there are no refunds! We only offer refunds on single bottles.

In the event that you may want a refund or replacement, make sure to keep your product container and do not throw it away, as we can not refund or replace anything that has not been returned to us.
To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges will be given store credit in the amount paid. We will e-mail you a return label. Print out and tape to package with name and address inside. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
